At Maria de la Orden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for your order.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our dedicated returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
